VENDOR INFORMATION:

Please read the following carefully:

SHMPA is hosting a Craft Fair on Sunday, October 5th from 9AM-3PM at South Hadley High School. You may reserve two or more spots to sell craft fair items and the cost of the spots benefit the South Hadley High School Music Programs. • October 5th, 9AM-3PM, Set-up at 8AM, clean up by 4PM

• Rain or Shine. The event will not be rescheduled in the event of significant weather cancellation.

• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

• Must remove all trash and items at the end of the event

• Reservations are non-refundable and must be paid by September 24th, 2025

• $35 for two parking spots, $20 for each additional adjacent spot

• Cash or check made out to SHMPA can be mailed to: SHMPA, PO Box 63, South Hadley, MA 01075 or pick up can be arranged.

• Vendors may be limited to two per type. For example, we may elect to only allow to vendors of crocheted items. (Please note that we already have reached this number of individual selling crocheted items. You can sign up if you're interested, but we may contact you if the number is too high.)

• Spots will be assigned after sign up is closed. A SHMPA representative will be in touch with details closer to the event.

• There is no electricity, no bathroom, or access to the high school

• We will also be selling raffle tickets for donated items from vendors. If you would like to donate a small item ($10-15 in value) to be raffled, please indicate on the form below.

The South Hadley Music Parents nor the South Hadley Public Schools are responsible for any damaged, broken, or stolen items.
