2026 South Hadley Music Parents Vendor Fair Sign Up
Please read the following carefully:
SHMPA is hosting a Vendor Fair on Sunday, October 4th from 10AM-2PM at South Hadley High School. You may reserve two or more spots to sell craft fair items and the cost of the spots benefit the South Hadley School Music Programs. October 4th, 10AM-2PM, Set-up at 8:30AM, clean up by 3PM
Rain or Shine. The event will not be rescheduled in the event of significant weather cancellation.
Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
Must remove all trash and items at the end of the event
Reservations are considered a donation, are non-refundable and must be paid in order to secure your participation.
$40 for two parking spots, $20 for each additional adjacent spot
Please pay via our fundraising page by clicking this link at the time of registration. Click "Donate & Tickets." Contact us if you need alternative payment options. Please note that enabling tips keeps this service free for us. You do not need to tip.
Vendors may be limited to two per type. For example, we may elect to only allow to vendors of crocheted items.
We are open to food vendors however, vendors are responsible for obtaining the proper permitting and permission from the town of South Hadley. Please reach out at gmaende@southhadleyma.gov or 413-538-5030, ext. 6184
Spots will be assigned after sign up is closed. A SHMPA representative will be in touch with details closer to the event.
There is no electricity. The building will be accessible for bathrooms only.

We will also be selling raffle tickets for donated items from vendors. If you would like to donate a small item ($10-15 in value) to be raffled, please indicate on the form below.
The event will be advertised on our website and social media accounts, the South Hadley Granby Community Page on Facebook, flyers and signs around town, and we intend to put a bright orange notice in all water bills in South Hadley (pending approval). We encourage all vendors to promote the event as well.
The South Hadley Music Parents nor the South Hadley Public Schools are responsible for any damaged, broken, or stolen items. All official communication will be through the South Hadley Music Parents Association Facebook page, website (southhahdleymusic.org), and email (shmpa@southhadleymusic.org).
